Notes:

The price includes three on-site visits:

  1. First visit – Introduction to Content Management, discussion of site design and content requirements
  2. Second visit – review of progress, finalising the design and production of a site map.
  3. Third visit – training for up to four staff to use the Content Management system. The content will be prepared to meet the needs of the school and will depend on which support option the school requires.

Any other visits at the school’s request will be charged at an agreed rate.

The client must provide all copy for content in Word or other standard format. PDF and MS Publisher files are not suitable. Any documents that will be downloaded by users will be converted to PDF format before uploading.

The client may provide photographs and images in any standard format and they will be prepared and optimised for the Web by Keerim Design

The site will only have standard fonts: graphical fonts and Flash fonts are extras

All graphics and images must be the copyright of the client, otherwise written permission or payment receipt from the copyright holder must be provided.

* Price includes domain registration, hosting, software updates, regular backup of databases, technical assistance and telephone/email support. The school maintains the content of the site and any development or content management by us is charged on a 'per job' basis.

** The Full Managed Service enables a school to forget about maintaining the site content. In addition to the normal support package we will update all pages and documents as required by the school during the year. Examples would be calendars, newsletters, news, information documents, galleries, etc. (subject to a fair use policy). All updating will be quick, professional and consistent, ensuring that the site always looks good. This leaves the school free to do what it does best - work with children.
